Whether you're carrying something yourself, walking alongside someone you love, or want to learn how to help, there's a place for you here.
Supporting your loved one
Equipping individuals and families to be there for the people they love.
My goal is simple: help equip individuals and families to best support their loved ones.
I've been trained as a first responder, serving people suffering from trauma and emotional difficulties, with years of experience. I'm available to meet in person or virtually so that, together, we gain a good understanding of your loved one's diagnosis and what they're going through.
We focus on self-care, relationship health, emotional progress, and spiritual growth.
Life restoration is possible for anyone struggling with:
- Trauma
- Emotional difficulties
- Mental illness
- PTSD
- Substance abuse
- Homelessness
- Learning disabilities
- Autism
Support for you
Now is the time. Use your power to reach out and get the support you deserve.
It's your journey, it's your story, and we'll work together to help you write it. We offer one-on-one support, group support, and residential programs.
You'll receive tools that move you from feeling like I can't to feeling valued and loved, believing that I can. Helplessness is learned, so let's unlearn it. Our easy-to-understand material helps you gain a deeper understanding of who you really are and confidence in your true identity. Together we can change your narrative from pessimism to optimism.
We walk with people through:
- Emotional difficulties
- Mental illness
- PTSD
- Domestic violence
- Substance abuse
- Homelessness
"David sold me on myself."Domestic violence survivor
"David was super understanding and helpful. He introduced me to an app called Calm Harm that will help me with my self-harming, gave me advice, and told me to brainstorm possible solutions to the stuff we were talking about. In just an hour and a half he kept me from killing myself, and I am actually really grateful."Abuse Survivor
